Everything we, the owners and staff at Wellbeing Solutions do is aimed at achieving and sustaining significant positive change for you our client. We support our clients by providing online specialist health and wellbeing advice and assessment tools enabling you, our client community to become better educated about your nutritional and physiological wellbeing so you can make informed decisions, overcome obstacles, challenge boundaries and experience a sense of satisfaction and personal growth. In essence, our goal is to change your life for the better and help you maintain these changes for the long term.
Our Structure
Wellbeing Solutions provides you with the necessary training and tools to help you "reach your potential" so you can "experience what's out there" with Our Spirit.
Wellbeing Solutions supports Our Spirit clients by providing event specific exercise and training programs as well as ongoing nutritional information, advice and general wellbeing support so you are fully prepared to enjoy your adventures with Our Spirit.
Background
Wellbeing Solutions, founded by one of our directors, Aidan Grimes, has been providing corporate health and wellbeing programs and adventure challenges since 1989. Some major participants of our corporate programs and adventure challenges include Computer Associates; Ericsson; Microsoft; Vodafone etc.
In 2004, Our Spirit was established to support the growing demand for adventure challenges from our Wellbeing Solutions corporate clients. Through innovation and technology we can now provide affordable wellbeing programs and adventures to the wider community.
Last year, Aidan began working with Frank Ecker, a former General Manager at Vodafone. Frank's interest in Aidan's vision was sparked by his own "life changing experience" when he participated in the Vodafone Simpson Desert Challenge in 2000. A new partnership has formed combining Aidan's passion, beliefs experience and vision with Frank's ability to transform these ideas into viable business solutions. For you, this means that together, Wellbeing Solutions and Our Spirit is able to offer you an effective and sustainable journey of positive life changes.
